Rules & Regulations
  • No Illegal Drugs. Drug Offenders will be handed over to the police.
  • No Graffiti is allowed on the wall other than properly framed up paintings.
  • No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the hostel at all times.
  • No Fighting. Fighting incidents will be dealt with seriously and referred to the police.
  • No Stealing. Anyone caught stealing will be handed over to the police. Hostel will not be responsible for any loss of expensive items or documents. Students will have to keep them safely. Cash and personal valuables can be kept by the hostel manager.
  • No Noise. Students must not shout or talk loudly to cause annoyance to others.
  • No Cooking. Cooking in the kitchen is not allowed at all times. All food and drinks must be consumed in the dining room.
  • No Vandalism & Gambling are allowed. The hostel management will deduct any damages caused to the common property from students' deposit.
  • No Wastage. Lights, fans and air-conditioners are to be switched off when there is no one in the room. Water taps turn off when not in use.
  • No Visitors. Visitors are not allowed at all times without prior permission.
  • Meal Times. Breakfast: 6am to 8.00am, Lunch: 12pm to 2pm, Dinner: 6pm to 8pm.
  • Curfew Time. All Apartment doors will be locked at 10.30pm daily.
  • Cleanliness: Students must keep their own room neat and tidy at all times.
  • No one is allowed to take food from the fridge belonging to others. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the hostel immediately with his/her deposit forfeited.
