Room Rates, Facilities and Services CCTV Monitoring system, secured door access system using proximity card, TV Lounge, dining room, kitchen facility for light cooking, air-conditioned rooms with ceiling fans, full-time house-master, free access to wireless broadband internet, and optional airport pickup service at SGD50.00 per student. (SGD60.00 after mid-nite)

  • One-time non-refundable registration fee of SGD50.00 is payable upon check-in.
  • One month rental deposit (refundable) is payable upon check-in.
  • SGD30.00 per person per month for Laundry Service (excluding ironing).
  • SGD30.00 per person per month for 24-hours air-cond (3 or 4 sharing rooms).
